I’ve pretty much always known that I wanted to be an entrepreneur but wasn’t sure what I’d really end up doing…I just knew that I could totally do it and would do it someday for sure.

In my mid twenties I created my first company, Ashly Jo Jewelry, a multi level marketing home based party jewelry business with my family and friends as my first reps up in Michigan (I live in Florida). It was really going great and we were having a great time and making some cash to boot! The product was fun and affordable and my girls were great….so what happened?

I quit. That’s pretty much what happened. I was scared of what it was going to become and I just quit. I didn’t believe that I could be in charge of a large successful company with other women’s businesses in my hands so to speak. What if I really started to make some serious money? I’m not sure how to handle serious money! Who am I to make serious money and be in charge of this company!

I had some, and still do have, ridiculous blocks around money and success and I’ve worked to get over them and hope that I can encourage you to do the same.
